Honduran Native Accused of Repeatedly Raping 6-Year-Old in Montgomery County, Maryland

A Honduran native in Montgomery County, Maryland is facing 155 years in prison for allegedly raping a six-year-old girl repeatedly for a year.

Wilder Hernandez-Nolasco (21) of Silver Spring, Md., allegedly told the victim he’d ground her for “100 days” if she told anyone, police said.

According to the statement of charges, the victim told police that Hernandez-Nolasco “touched her vagina with his hand, digitally penetrated her vagina, exposed his penis, had the victim touch it and engage in vaginal intercourse.”

He denied raping the girl but admitted to police that he had come into illegal, close sexual contact with her.

Hernandez-Nolasco has been charged with the following:

  • Two counts of second-degree rape for vaginal intercourse
  • Two counts of second-degree rape for digital penetration
  • Two counts of third-degree rape for forcing the victim to touch his penis
  • One count of sexual abuse of a minor in violation of 3-602 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
  • One count of sexual abuse of a minor continuing course of conduct in violation of 3-315 of the Annotated Code of Maryland

Hernandez-Nolasco was incarcerated in the Montgomery County Jail on Sept. 13, 2019 and a preliminary hearing was set for Oct. 11, 2019.

While Hernandez-Nolasco’s immigration status is not clear, his case comes amid a recent wave of illegal alien sex crimes against children in Montgomery County.

Since July 25, police in Montgomery County have arrested at least eight confirmed illegal immigrants for alleged rapes and sexual assaults, and in most of the cases the victims were minors. The intolerable situation has spurred law enforcement officials to lash out at the county’s leadership for protecting illegal aliens at the expense of law-abiding citizens.

Wild animals require fences. This is why the border wall is so necessary. It’s the same reason we feel safe when visiting the zoo. Animals like this should be put down however.
